Sight see an abundance of Florida widlife. Beautiful birds such as Egrets, Ibis roam the property. Room to roam for the kids. Kids can play in the yard while you sip a drink on the back deck. Use the bond fire area to grill marshmallows with friends and family at night. A charcoal grill is also available.

The house features 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed with its own master bath with a tub and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottomn and a twin bed on top. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed ( 2 twins) and a deskspace/workstation. You will enjoy the open kitchen floor plan. Private deck at the back with preserve, lake and canal views. The house has wifi and cable.

2. No pets are allowed in the home. We love our furry friends but some guests are allergic to animals.
3. There is no swimming in the canal or lake or diving off the dock.
4. There is no feeding allowed of aligators or other wildlife in the lake per Florida State statute making it a misdemeanor if you are caught feeding them.
5. No large parties, gathering are allowed.
6. The property is gated for your protection.There are security cameras outside of the home. No security cameras in the house.
7. There is no gate between the garden area and the waterfront/Canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
