Long-term parking signs regarding city permits are rarely enforced (we’ve personally never seen it enforced), but if you prefer guaranteed parking, a local parking garage is a convenient option.

Long-Term Stays:
Guest Prep provides the room ready for your stay with toilet paper, fresh linens, and basic setup. Follow-up cleanings are available as an optional service if you’d like additional maintenance during your stay.

Snow:
Our maintenance team plows within 24 hours after a snowfall. They do not clear snow from parked cars, so during snowy periods, we recommend using a paid garage if you prefer not to remove snow and ice yourself.
