➤ Baggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8am to 4pm (meaning must be picked up before 4pm) for 5$ per bag
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.
➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
➜ Please avoid moving furniture.
Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
Supervision of Children: DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.
No Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
No Parties or Events: No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
Minut Sound Device: Inside the house and outside, we have a Minut sound device - which tracks decibels and the number of individuals inside the property. We will catch any parties and extreme loud noise, so please do not think about being extremely loud or throwing a party. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
Guest Limit: No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
No Structures on Property: No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
Damage and Cleaning Charges: Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
