When you aren't sitting back and relishing the fresh bay air, wade in the nearby creek, comb for sea glass on the beach, and wave hello to passing boaters. Nearby, take an easy, scenic drive to Maine’s iconic tourist attractions, historic sites, fishing, boating, hiking, golf, restaurants, shopping, and museums in the neighboring towns of Castine (8 miles), Bucksport (10 miles), Blue Hill (12 miles), Ellsworth (20 miles), Belfast (30 miles), Bangor (30 miles), Stonington (30 miles), Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park (42 miles).

When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the necessities to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. If you'd prefer to continue enjoying Maine's pleasant weather, fire up the provided gas grill on the patio. Additional interior perks include a gas fireplace, partial air-conditioning, baby gates, a jetted tub, and board games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
