Large open format with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Large covered patio with outdoor grilling option and hot tub. Regulation pickle ball court, corn hole, indoor shuffle board and giant Jenga games. Starry Pines Rocks!

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! You can truly tell how much care and thought the owner put into every detail to make our visit easy, convenient, and enjoyable. From the well-stocked amenities to the cozy and inviting atmosphere, everything was set up to make us feel right at home. Great stay

We loved Jim’s place, which was perfect for our teenage kids! Enough space to spread out, but great community space as well. The kitchen and backyard were both fully stocked! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Hill City was wonderful!

Everything about the house was great! Our kids really enjoyed the pickle ball court, basketball hoop, and hot tub. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous Rental - Great amenities, location, and host!

Location was great - walkable to Hill City. Probably the most well stocked and clean rental I've ever stayed in. Host was great - super responsive and even hooked us up with a few things we forgot!

Great Outdoor Area for Friends!

This was a great property both inside and out. Clean, modern and a ton of things that cater to guests. We really loved the outdoor patio/bar in the back. It was a great place for all of us to sit and hang out. Will definitely go back.

An amazing host and place to stay. So much fun right at the house. The place was clean and felt like we were home. So convenient to all areas in the Black Hills. Great House

The house was perfect for our girls' trip. It's centrally located and and has a well stocked kitchen. We made good use of the outdoor area in the back with pickleball court, corn hole, hot tub, big screen tv, and fire table. Jim was very responsive during our visit.

Amazing Weekend

We had a really great stay for a long weekend. House was cleaned and had anything we would really need. Lots of different games and activites to do at the house as well. We had 8 adults and it was extremely comfortable for everyone. We had a large trailer to haul our UTVs and there was also plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!

Great location, very cozy, and beautiful!

This was a beautiful property with very helpful hosts. Would recommend a check-in binder, instead of the in-person check-in. Also maybe make sure guests are not there when you need to service things around the property. Other than that our stay was amazing!!!

Great multigenerational place w built in activities

Perfect place for our family to stay while exploring the Hills. After full days of activity we loved hanging out on the back patio playing lots of pickleball, cornhole, basketball and hot tubbing. The place was beautiful, fully equipped, clean, and walking distance to downtown. Jim communicated well and check in was easy. Nice large parking area accommodated our boat and vehicles easily.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place worked so well for our family. There are many activities such as pickle ball, shuffleboard, hot tub, bags, basketball and many board games if you are in the mood to just hangout. What a great home. We’ll stocked with everything you could possibly need. So clean. Back patio/pickle ball area was well used by our family, from early morning until late evening. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids!
