Very clean and recently renovated you will feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen ready for all of your cooking needs.. Relax on the soft sofa's while enjoying the 50" TV in the living area. There are also SMART TV's in both bedrooms. Take in the ocean breeze on the 2 outdoor covered patios. Queen beds in each bedroom.

Free parking is right in front of our condo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance on the Island. A 10 minute walk or quick Uber ride will also get you over the beautiful Lions bridge and to historic downtown Saint Augustine.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
