5-bedroom, 4-full bathroom custom house. Completely renovated and rebuilt 6 years ago. The unobstructed views of the city lights and valley offer the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable getaway!

**Sleeping arrangements: 9 beds proving 15 sleeping comfortably. All rooms have privacy and views (either yard or front street). The two primary suits with gorgeous and unobstructed view day and night! If you have more than 15 people, the rest may choose to sleep on the 2 large and comfortable couches or I can provide air mattress per request. Extra fees may occur but are minimal. Only for authorized guests!

Minutes to 60 freeways, easy access to 57 ,10 and 71. About 15-20 miles to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Great Wolf Lodge Resorts, the best family indoor water park! About 25 miles to Staples Center, Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hollywood and Downtown LA.

Plenty of common areas and eating spaces, spacious open kitchen with ample bar/center island spaces, dual basin sink + extra sink, Large dining table, and window seats. This kitchen and dining can easily host a large group of gatherings (NO Crazy PARTY PLEASE!). Fully stocked kitchen equipped with all major appliances and convenient countertop appliances like an air fryer, toaster, and rotisserie oven. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, so you won't have to worry about bringing anything from home.

There's an in-house dance studio style big open room for your exercise needs with wall-to-wall mirrors. Yoga mats are provided. Built-in quartz top working station by the dining area for parents/adults to be able to minor their kids working/game playing, while everyone still gathering/chatting and enjoying the food together.

A Fully equipped working station with monitor, multifunction printer, and a document shredder. **Only one minor is provided in the house** A reading nook with plenty of books for your kids to enjoy. Where it also has a real bed for your comfortable reading and enjoy the amazing views to relax your eyes, and maybe doze off.

All TVs are smart TV. Enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, and Hulu. And local over the air channels. Login info will be provided upon check-in. No cable channels.

Newly remodeled oversized & fenced pool and SPA (no heat) with change color LED lights perfect for California's summer fun! (Please be aware that the fence is not locked, adult Please monitor your children at all times!)

There's a walking distance park that offers plenty of kids playground equipment for all ages, and a very large area of outdoor fitness/exercise center, all under the shades.

Guest access
Free parking is available for up to 4-5 vehicles (if not all big size) on the driveway. The City of Walnut does not allow parking on the street from 1am-6 am. (Cars parked on the street during these hours will be issued a citation). Stress parking is ok between 6am-1am. Guests do NOT have access to the inside of the garage, the internet equipment closet (downstairs bedroom), and the storage shed in the yard.
Other things to note
We must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property! If more guests checked in than specified on the booking, you will loss security deposit!

Smoking of any kind inside the house and on the whole property is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $550 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Please No pets. Minimum 30+ days.
