**The Neighborhood**
The neighborhood is filled with family oriented year round residents whom have resided here for many decades. We have personally known our neighbors for over 20 years and you couldn't ask for better neighbors, we hope you love them as much as we do.
We pride our neighborhood as being safe with a neighborhood watch culture as well. We care about safety & security for everyone.
There is a train a couple of times a day, but it goes by super fast, it's here & gone before you know it.
Traffic as in any residential area has its busy & quite times.
Outside quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
