We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time at this property. The home is beautiful, well-kept, and the views are absolutely incredible. The large lanai was by far our favorite feature—we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the scenery, relaxing, and taking in the peaceful surroundings.A couple of things future guests may want to know. We booked this property believing it had air conditioning, but when we arrived, the house was warm and humid. There were dehumidifiers running, which we initially thought were AC units, but they were actually putting out warm air. We adjusted and were comfortable enough, but it wasn't what we expected based on the listing. The driveway is also very steep and can be a little intimidating at first. We were driving a Pathfinder and were fine once we got used to it, but I would be hesitant to drive a smaller sedan up and down it. Thankfully, the rain that had been forecasted toward the end of our trip never arrived, as I imagine the driveway could be more challenging in wet conditions. The only other issue occurred the night before checkout when the dryer stopped working. Fortunately, the groundskeeper who lives below the home was incredibly helpful and allowed us to use another dryer so we could finish our laundry before leaving. Those things aside, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you're comfortable with a mountainside location and a steep driveway, you'll likely love staying here as much as we did.
