One of my favorite things about this property is the heated 12x24 screened‑in pool — it’s truly the heart of the home. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning swim as the sun rises or taking a refreshing evening dip under the stars, the pool always feels like your own private oasis.

The backyard is just as inviting: a fully fenced, private space with plenty of room to unwind, grill, laugh, and make memories. Fire up the BBQ for a family cookout, let the kids and pets roam freely, or simply relax with a drink in hand while soaking in the Florida breeze. It’s peaceful, safe, and wonderfully private — exactly what a vacation should feel like.

The hosts were very attentive, generous, and kind. They decorated the house for Christmas and gave gifts! They provided a shower chair, because they knew I was traveling with my 89 year old mother. These hosts were amazing, and I would return on a dime!

Very Satisfied

Location is awesome everything is within 8-10 mins which includes weeki wachee springs. The house is great! Pool is perfect for any family/friends outing, but more than that, the owner is very approachable and very active in making sure we get the most out of our stay and they went beyond by recommending couple nice places in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing property and host!!!

We showed up to a beautiful clean home!!! The stay was amazing in a quiet neighborhood.it was very nice to see snacks when we got here, the kids loved it as well as the pool. My personal favorite thing about the stay was the communication with the host.Robert was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed along with sending us great places to take our family to. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

If I could give these hosts 10 stars I would! Every communication was cheerful and helpful. They even assisted in getting access to the NFL games on the tv. The pool was especially wonderful - our granddaughter had a blast and the adults enjoyed it too. The house is very spacious and worked well for our large group in the area for a family event. There is so much to do in this part of Florida and the house is convenient to Weeki Watchee and Pine Island. Also appreciated the beautiful books for kids as well as a very nice travel crib and high chair.

We had a great time celebrating my Birthday! Just a few things could have been better as far as the house but the owner was great in communication and promises to have those problems with the house repaired before renting it out again. I hope he holds to that.

Springhill house

We stayed at this house from Feb.10th till March 9th. This place was very nice and close to grocery stores and other stores. Roberto the host was amazing. He communicated with us often, very helpful and asking us what he could do to make our stay better, then it already was. The house was very clean, with fresh flowers and snacks for us when we arrived. Roberto was very helpful and we just loved working with him and staying at his house. I would stay here again for sure. I wish I could give more stars

I really wish I could give even more stars for this property. It was spotless and set up with just enough furniture to be comfortable but not crowded. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge. The pool heat and pump were running for a pool that was the perfect size for our family of 5. A nice sitting area outside too! The property owner was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and help us out. The bedrooms all have charging ports in the tables or lamps, and each had a big tv for relaxing entertainment. The kitchen is super spacious and had everything we needed! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here and I hope we can stay again!!

Perfect Rest!

Our family of 8 stayed at this wonderful house for 5 days and would have loved to have stayed longer. When I say that Bobby is the BEST host you will ever deal with I am not wrong!! He has thought of everything.. from a house that was extremely clean, decorated super nice and had a wonderful layout...to lots of "extra" items that just make your stay so comfortable. In fact when Bobby found out that we had a one year old with us his mother brought over a brand new high chair for him to use...just so thoughtful and appreciated. Our family loved spending time by the pool where there were plenty of floats and toys and very comfortable pool furniture. We did have one stormy day and enjoyed the multiple TVs which had cable and Netflix. The house is also in a neighborhood where we felt perfectly safe to get out and walk and get some exercise. There are many fun things within a reasonable driving distance and Bobby is always available for great suggestions. Our family chose to drive to Tampa to the zoo one day and also to Clearwater to the beach. Oh, and for sure check out the Mermaid show which is just 5 miles from the house!

Plenty of space and a usable kitchen made this a great home to just hang out in! We took some of the hosts recommendations for restaurants and they were all great. Also spent a day at hernando beach with some of the items the host supplied!

House was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some. The host was incredibly kind, checking on us during some inclimate weather. Communication was exceptional, going above and beyond to make certian we had what we needed. The pool was wonderful. We would certainly stay here again.
