About this space
This Condo is fully remodeled and has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. The beach is located directly in front of the resort with a short walk to the beach, 61st street fishing pier, and restaurants. Located in the Casa Del Mar resort that offers 2 awesome pools, barbecue area, and laundry facilities on site. Close to Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and Schlitterbahn. Bring ur bicycles & explore Seawall riding a bike
The space
Voted "Best Condominium Rental 2024" Casa Del Mar has won the award from the Best of Galveston and Clean Galveston, our condo comfortably sleeps, 4 adults and 2 child. With queen size bed in the bedroom with Stern and Foster Mattress and 540 thread count sheets, queen size Sofa bed in the living area and 2 small junior bunk in the hall for kid under 12. Total Sq Ft 462 plus a balcony. Our condo has a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view to enjoy.
It is centrally located right on the Seawall and short walk to the beach. A free Shuttle just outside the Condo takes you to Downtown Galveston and near by resturants. Only a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Pleasure Pier and The Strand historic district.
This condo has been completely remodeled and is extremely clean and well cared for. It is the perfect spot for an island getaway.
We have very fast AT&T Gigabit Fiber Internet for use.
PS: For Cruise Ships guests my place is only 4.5 miles from the port, around 8 miles and $12~$14 to Uber.

Entire Condo and facilities within the complex- we have two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), a trellised Bar-B-Que area, laundry facilities, and Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all suites and throughout the property.

NOTE: This is a No Pet facility.
From November 1st, 2022 a Resort Fees of $40 for your entire stay (Credit/Debit Card) payable at the front desk is required at Casa Del Mar. (Paid upon check-in and valid for your entire stay) This will include your Parking Passes, pool access, Complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for two cars in the communal parking garage.
Additional street parking is permitted but can be very costly at Pay Per Hour.
