The studio has a comfortable queen bed and a queen pull out couch for your use. Minutes from Kings Beach you will likely spend more time outside than in the studio, however, everything you will need at your home away from home will be available including fast wifi and kitchen amenities. We have bath and beach towels for your use. While there's no air conditioning you do have fans and rarely need it in the Lake Tahoe region with the cool crisp nights during the summer. During the winter enjoy the fireplace that you can turn on with a click of a button.
