Welcome to the newly decorated Nicky's Resort on Fall River. Nicky's is a riverfront property along the Fall River less than 5 minutes to downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nicky's features 22 tastefully remodeled rooms that make you feel like you have arrived in the Rocky Mountains.

Unit 200 is our most popular and largest unit that features incredible river and mountain views. The private bedroom has two queen beds, and another queen bed is located just outside of the room in the living area. This unit will sleep 6 comfortably.

The unit features a dining table, granite counter bar, a small fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a full-size bathroom with a tub.

Smart TV's with wifi for streaming enjoyment plus cable television and wifi are provided.

Outside you will have a small patio table with chairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views all around you. An ice machine is available 24 hrs a day just downstairs from your place.

A full-size pool is open during the summer months, along with eight propane BBQs and benches located on the river's edge for your enjoyment. A small putt-putt area, corn hole boards, sports balls and a lighted wood burning pit area is all provided for your entertainment. A full-size restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to this property.

These units are not 5-star accommodations. They are good, clean, nicely decorated units with great grounds for your enjoyment and entertainment.
