Once we found the parking then the entrance we realized this was going to be a great location for us. There are a lot of options for food within walking distance (pizza a block away in a pinch) plus a Publix 10 minutes away. The place is really nicely appointed and the kitchen has high-end appliances, full set of cookware plus basic spices. Plenty of dishes, flatware, etc. A very well-equipped kitchen if you wanted to stay long-term. The bed was super-comfortable and the washer/dryer with the quick-wash cycle was awesome for us to do a bunch of laundry before we headed home! ;)

This was such a great place to stay in Charleston! This place has so much character and is so comfortable. Love the great kitchen and awesome porches. For a longer stay, it was so nice having the washer a dryer. Great location and could walk to everything! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house had everything that we might need. Everything was very clean. I loved all the vintage decor. The sofa and the bed were very comfortable. It is located 1 1/2 blocks from King Street, which made it very convenient. Also, there were coffee places and restaurants and bars very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place. The location was a 10/10-walkable to absolutely all the bars, restaurants and shops. We loved sitting out on the balcony having a glass of wine and watching the comings and going’s below! The bed was comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Would absolutely recommend!!

Everything was great, and the property was reasonably priced. Good location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had an issue with the on-street parking, but the host rectified it immediately and we were very grateful. The only other item was the listing stated all fees were included with the bottom line price, however, we were charged about 100 more. We did not address this with the host so if you choose this location/property check your invoice. P.S. The king bed was very very comfortable!… air conditioning, water pressure and hot water were excellent. We didn’t use the appliances since we went out for meals.

Perfect location

Very clean. Great bed and bedding. Washer and dryer are a bonus. Fully equipped kitchen. Would have liked some coffee but there’s a convenience store right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was lovely to hang out on the porch in the evenings with a glass of wine. It is a lively neighborhood, but we were not bothered. There are some great places to eat just across the street. The location is close to King Street and we walked everywhere. We would stay again if we found ourselves in the Charleston area.

Close to Perfect

The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and generally well equipped. It is relatively quiet for a city dwelling with limited street noise. The location is convenient to King St. A dedicated parking spot is located about a minute walk from the apartment. Duvet does a good job communicating before, during and after the stay. The unit is well represented by the listing. To that point, the shower is exactly as shown in the picture. We thought it might be neat to experience a shower in a claw foot tub with a hanging curtain. In fact, once was plenty. Stepping in and out requires care and the water controls are hidden behind the shower curtain below knee level. The logistical challenges were amplified by poor water pressure. You will get wet, washing soap out of your hair can be frustrating. We would definitely stay in another Duvet managed unit. The shower would discourage us from staying at this particular one.
