The space
The property is set a quarter-mile off the main road through the quaint town of Puerto Carrillo, only 2 kilometers from the incredible Carrillo Beach (#27 most beautiful beach in the world).

We are set at the bottom of a large mountain, surrounded by the distinct Costa Rican landscape of hills and jungle. Each morning, as the sun begins to brighten the skies, families of monkeys will greet you with their morning calls.

The lush premise also has a fruit tree grove that includes bananas, plantain and papaya which we harvest. This frequently attracts beautiful local tropical birds.

We have a pair of iguanas that sunbathe in the backyard trees and toucans who make their regular visits as well. During the day, flocks of large macaws make their daily migration to and from Carrillo Beach.
