While you enjoy your stay, please note that we may occasionally be on site, mowing the lawn or something fun like that, and are easily reachable 24/7 via phone. The Peregrine Suite is just a short and picturesque 0.5-mile walk along the water to reach all the fantastic shops and eateries downtown. Note:
The Peregrine Suite is located in a beautiful home like atmosphere below a chiropractic clinic, with a private entrance and dedicated driveway and parking space, conveniently located on the right side of the clinic. This is a hotel style suite and does not have a kitchen & there are no shared spaces.

The Guest shall be required to pay a refundable $500 Damage Deposit amount when booking direct & VRBO, and sign a rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy Note: Please be aware that a 5% administrative fee is non-refundable should you cancel your reservation at any time.
PARKING:
You have one spot in the driveway to the right of house. The suite is down the stairs.

Early Check in / Late Check out Requests:
While we try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, please note that during the busy season, it may not always be possible due to back-to-back check-ins. Check-out time is at 11 am to allow our cleaning service sufficient time for thorough cleaning.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests Fee:
There is a $30 early/late check in/out fee. Please check if early/late check out is possible before paying in your guest portal.

*Early check in charge is any time before 2:00 pm.

PET POLICY:
WE HAVE A STRICT "NO PET" POLICY AT THE THE PEREGRINE
*Not disclosing your pet(s) will result in a cancellation of your stay without refund. If the Guest is found to have unauthorized pet on the premises, your reservation and any damage deposit shall be forfeited.

*Please remove your shoes before entering the suite to prevent tracking in mud and rainwater.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Peregrine. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged to guests who fail to comply.
