**Welcome to your new home!**
This modern eighth-floor apartment offers a spectacular sunset view. The building has 24/7 security and is located in the industrial area, with everything at your fingertips: supermarkets, shops, and more. You’ll have access to the building’s social areas, including a pool, soccer field, and a 360 rooftop with a view of the bay. It’s close to Barú and the largest port in Latin America, "Contecar." Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

**Guests will receive gifts:**

1. A welcome bag with personal care products: alcohol, moisturizing cream, body scrub, soothing after-sun gel, sunscreen, deodorant, toothpaste, dental floss, shower cap, nail file, wet wipes, lip balm, a Colombian sweet, a cold beer, and a personalized welcome postcard.

2. The apartment is stocked with coffee, hand sanitizer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper.

3. We include a transportation card with two free rides during your stay, making travel more economical. The nearest TransCaribe stop is just a block and a half away.

4. We are here to assist you with anything you need. We pride ourselves on treating our guests like royalty, with attention to detail before, during, and at the end of your stay.

Entry is through a digital lock, and we will provide you with a unique access code.

When you enter the apartment, you’ll be amazed by how beautiful, magical, clean, and cozy the place is.

Upon entering, you’ll find a beautiful foyer where you can leave your keys, accessories, and personal belongings. Scan the QR code to view the house and building rules, as well as a list of affordable restaurants and must-see attractions in Cartagena.

**The apartment features:**
- Fully equipped kitchen with range hood, water filter, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric stove, pots, cutlery, and all necessary cooking utensils.
- Laundry area with automatic washing machine, sink, and clothesline.
- A dining bar where you can enjoy breakfast or a delicious coffee under warm lighting.
- A modern living room with an L-shaped sofa and a 50” Smart TV with Netflix included, perfect for relaxation.

**There are 2 bedrooms:**
- The master bedroom has a stunning design with a full wall headboard, floating nightstands, and auxiliary lamps for reading with perfect lighting. It includes a double bed, a new orthopedic mattress, air conditioning, and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep.
- The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two beds) with new orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (350 MB).

**A beautiful workspace** with a comfortable chair, wastebasket, pen holder, shelf for books, and LED lighting – perfect for a home office.

A spacious closet where you can organize your clothes, and find sheets, blankets, bath towels, and pool caps.

The bathroom is clean and well-organized, equipped with body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and towels. A first-aid kit and toilet paper are also provided.

The balcony is our favorite space, where you can relax in the hammock and enjoy the sunset and breeze.
