Welcome to our Madeira Beach home, just a few minutes’ walk to the pristine Florida Gulf Coast and newly built in 2019! We love our beach house and are looking forward to guests who will treat it the same as we do! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comes full furnished with a wide variety on amenities. We want to make our guest's experience not only comfortable, but with everything that we would love when traveling for an extended period of time to make a stay is as enjoyable and easy as they come! Our home sleeps 7, with a King Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a spare Queen bed room, and a third bedroom with Queen bed and pullout out twin trundle. Fully furnished, our home is a quick walk to the beach and has access to all items "beach life," to include beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, ocean floats and sand toys, and bikes for use. And, when you come back from the beach, please enjoy our outdoor and private shower to rinse off the sand. In addition, this new build in 2019 offers an open living/dining room and kitchen concept with stackable clothes washer and dryer in a separate hallway to the spare bedroom space. Our downstairs patio offers seating for 6 around a gas fire pit as well as additional outdoor eating space for 6 alongside our newly planted beach flowerscape and bistro lights to ensure a nice and relaxing evening. Also, upstairs and before you enter the home, we have an additional covered patio space with seating for 5, perfect for coffee in the morning as you ready for your day at the beach and all that Madeira Beach has to offer. Our home comes fully furnished with all amenities to include all kitchen and dining utensils (pots, pans, flatware, serving items, etc.), high speed internet, two TV’s (living room and spare room with Queen bed/Twin trundle) with all streaming services, oversized A/C unit, whole house air filter, security monitoring and 2 parking spaces. Not only are we a quick walk to the beach, but just minutes to all that Madeira Beach has to offer to include John’s Pass, R.O.C. Park, restaurants, shops, and the Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays from 10 am – 2 pm. We love our beach house and hope that your stay invokes the same memories we have shared as a family in the fun and the sun!
