Our guesthouse offers flexible living—use it as one spacious home or close off the interior doors to create three fully private suites with one suite on the main floor, the Blue Suite, and two additional suites upstairs, the Cranberry and Mint Suite. Each suite is fully equipped with their own private kitchen, bath, and sleeping area. It is the perfect oasis for family gatherings, reunions, hosting special weekend with friends or celebrating a local wedding in this exquisite haven.

As you walk through the wood entry foyer, you'll be enchanted by the Art Deco ambiance that permeates the living spaces. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This house works great for multi-families as it features a versatile layout and can be rented as one big house or sectioned into three private, lockable suites. While we love to create space for our guests to have great memories with friends, we have a strict no party or unauthorized event policy. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine and eviction from the premise.

Parking: No parking is allowed on residential streets. Guests must park their cars in the designated driveway spots or risk ticketing and tow.

Fire Pit: Guests are to provide their own firewood. There is a basket in the foyer where leftover or unused wood can be stored from previous stays. Firewood is available at the gas station or grocery store located down the street if the basket is empty.

The entire house is controlled by the thermostat in the Blue Suite. We strive to keep the house at a comfortable temperature for all guests and provide fans and heaters in each suite for additional comfort.

There is an owner's suite on the third floor, used for long-term rental only. This tenant has their own exterior access and does not share the foyer area.
