A Douglas fir recently fell in the southeast corner of the property due to a windstorm. While the HOA is responsible for removal, community restrictions protecting nesting eagles prohibit maintenance work from January 1st to September 1st. Consequently, the tree will not be addressed until fall 2026. Please avoid exploring that section of the yard in the meantime. Thank you for your understanding.

Access to the property will be managed via a door code, which will be provided to you when you check in.
