As you step inside the apartment, you will be welcomed by a roomy and elegant living area, thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and sophistication. The natural light, accentuating the chic décor and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sink into the cosy sofas and relax while you enjoy the captivating views of the iconic Dubai Marina. The sofa also conveniently transforms into a bed, making it ideal for accommodating guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for culinary enthusiasts, boasting modern appliances and sleek countertops. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing an elaborate gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need within arm's reach. Gather around the stylish dining table after a long busy day in the Marina, which comfortably accommodates six, to eat your delicious creations together. All bathrooms are fitted with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities that will leave you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
