The Space:
This beautiful studio apartment is the right option for people who want to explore Dubai and go home to the warmth of this house after a long day of escapades. With the beautiful furnishings and design, you'll feel right at home. The entire area screams "luxury home" thanks to its stunning décor and tasteful furnishings.

The stylish living area welcomes you with a comfortable blue couch that makes you want to unwind and the entertainment that is brought by the flat-screen TV. You won't miss anything because there is high-speed WiFi available. A soft rug, wooden coffee table, and floor lamp finish off this peaceful ambiance.

The enticing dining table sits four, giving you much space to enjoy each other's company. In case you fancy eating, you can find ease in cooking with the appliances. Whether it’s for a simple cup of coffee or a nice meal, this fully integrated kitchen has you covered.

Curl up in the cozy Queen bed that is fitted with a comfy mattress, fresh linens, and soft pillows to ensure your well-deserved good night's sleep. This space comes complete with bedside table & lamps, modern wall art & pendant lights for complete luxury.

Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in the bathroom. There is also a welcome pack prepared for you upon your arrival!

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or commonly known for its abbreviation JBR is one of the premium areas in Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places here because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located altogether.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health in great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest Ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed this year. This island is still in development but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates.

Getting Around:
JBR is one of the only places where you can enjoy a walk in Dubai, in proximity to everything and anything you may need.

The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walks can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station for you to get around Dubai on your own.

You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.

Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.

You will find that there are several things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
