The space
Ground floor features large open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, 8-seater live-edge dining table, living area with sofa, bespoke occasional chairs and large bullet tree coffee table with alpaca rugs.

The entertainment deck surrounding the 40’ swimming pool is spacious with table and chairs with umbrella, sun loungers, hammock and Ping Pong table. The garden features edible trees including orange, lime, lemon, mango, coconut, plum, apple, mulberry, avocado and banana. There is also an outdoor workout bar set.

The private dock is where the boat is kept for your own private use. You can also launch the kayaks from here if you’d like to explore the paths through the tranquil mangroves.

A floating staircase takes you up to the second lounge area which offer expansive views over the Bay and Mayan Mountains.

All bedrooms are spacious, en-suite and open onto private terraces or pool deck.
