"Around the Corner" is truly, around the corner from everything that Santa Claus has to offer. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath property has a large family room, outdoor grilling space, eat-In kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a large King Sized bed with upgraded linens and mattress along with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom hosts a Queen bed with a Full Size trundle bed. In the Living Room, there is a pull-out sofa bed, a Queen Size air mattress and pack-n-play for all of your sleeping needs. The outdoor patio area provides seating and grilling space, where a gas grill has been provided. This unit can accommodate up to 11 guests. There is private parking for 2 vehicles in the shared driveway and additional, overflow parking on the South side of the Street. We have strived to make "Around the Corner" feel like a home away from home. We provide all bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, dishwashing detergent, dish cloths, utensils, pots/pans, cooking utensils and in unit laundry facilities (including detergent). We provide the basic amenities for a 2-3 day stay including two spare rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one spare roll of paper towels. Starter coffee packs are included for your first morning (Keurig). If you are looking for convenience, you have found it, as we are within walking distance of Holiday World, the grocery store, Dollar Store, restaurants, liquor store and more. Close by, you can visit Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial and learn about how Abraham Lincoln spent his formative years here in Spencer County. There you will find a lake, picnic areas, and even a living farm that replicates how Abe would have had to live and farm using only items from that time period. Lincoln State Park also hosts live music at their outdoor Amphitheater. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property.

GREAT location for Holiday World

This was a perfect VRBO for us (a grandma, daughter, and 3 kids). The location was fabulous (1 min drive from Holiday World). The duplex was very well laid out. We REALLY liked this place.

We rented for a 13th birthday party. Plenty of room for all the girls. Very well kept, master bath was a little tricky to find (it's hidden behind the door entering the room)LOL... Location and neighbors were perfect. Would definitely use again.

I would totally recommend this property. It was very clean, well stocked with essentials, and had comfortable beds and furniture. The host made everything easy and even texted to tell us about a tornado warning. I will definitely stay there again!

Five Star Stay in Santa Claus, Indiana

My family and I booked at the last minute so we could go view the Solar Eclipse. The process of booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Jodey was very responsive and extremely helpful in making our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend a stay here, and we hope to return for a Christmas visit to Santa Claus.

Nicest property with complete amenities

This was the cleanest and nicest property that we have ever rented. The property owner sent all information promptly and I called for help with the thermostat. She was helpful and very nice! Great place!

We love this place. This is the second time we have stayed here. I have stayed at many VRBOs, but this one is one of my favorites. It is so quaint! Despite it's size, it easily accommodated 5 of us (last year) & 4 of us this year. I am amazed at some of the simple, unexpected ammenities. My grandson got a tear in his favorite Ronaldo outfit and wanted me to sew it up. I said it would have to wait until we got home. Meanwhile, my granddaughter got to looking and sure enough, they had a mini sewing repair kit!!! Kudos!!!

Can I just say how much I love this review? As a host, I hope to provide a nightly rental that allows for guests to relax and unwind.
