Welcome to Casa de Campo! We’ve created this cozy, stylish space to feel like your home away from home while you’re in St. Joseph. Tucked just off the Parkway near Highway 36, you’re only 5 minutes from Missouri Western and Mosaic Life Care, with shopping, dining, and local favorites close by. Whether you’re here for work, a campus visit, or a little getaway, settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy your stay!

Designed and curated by Juniper Lane, the home blends timeless character with elevated touches, creating a space that feels both beautifully appointed and effortlessly inviting.

A few steps from the deck lead you into the home, offering a charming and welcoming entrance. Once inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and thoughtfully selected essentials to ensure a restful night’s sleep and an easy, relaxing stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is both functional and inviting, featuring a gas range and oven for those who enjoy preparing meals during their stay. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or settling in for a leisurely dinner at home, you’ll have everything you need to make yourself comfortable.

The adjacent dining room provides a lovely setting for gathering over meals, coffee, or an evening glass of wine. A stylish bar cart adds an extra touch of personality and makes the space feel especially welcoming for entertaining or enjoying a quiet night in.

Designed with relaxation in mind, the living room is the heart of the home. Cozy up beside the electric fireplace, settle in for a movie or favorite show on the 50` TV, or take advantage of the dedicated workspace when work calls during your getaway. The full bathroom offers both a shower and a tub, providing flexibility whether you prefer a quick refresh or a long, relaxing soak.

Guests have full access to the entire home and yard. The only areas that are off-limits are the interior of the garage and the basement. Everything else is yours to enjoy!

Hello! It is our pleasure to have you as a guest at our home! Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It is our mission to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. In order to do so, we would appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that they have been reviewed within 24 hours. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and I thank

ID: Guests must provide a valid photo ID to the host at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. It is the host`s right to request a valid ID from all guests staying on-site at any time during their stay, failure to comply will result in cancelation without refund.
LOCALS: Please communicate with us before booking if you are local! PARTIES/EVENTS: No parties/events are allowed. If guests were found to have had a party without the host`s permission which resulted in extra cleaning, guests are responsible for the additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are alerted, guests will be asked to leave
the property immediately.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: There cannot be any more than 4 persons in or on the property at any one point in time. If this rule is violated, all guests may be immediately removed without a refund.
GUESTS: All guests must be registered on the reservation. You are responsible for adding any guests who show up without being part of the reservation to the reservation, otherwise, the guest
will be asked to leave.
PARKING: Parking pad in front of the garage allows for 2 cars, there is also parking on the street alongside the house.
LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer included in unit
KITCHEN/FOOD: Please eat in the kitchen or at the dining room table only! No eating or drinking in the bedroom! We do our best to ensure that condiments and snacks left by previous guests are not
expired or stale, however, it ultimately depends on the guest`s discretion and inspection.
FURNITURE: Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. It may be necessary to charge extra for cleaning to remove odors and stains. This includes all nicotine, marijuana and vape products. The fee for smoking inside the home is $200 per day.
WIFI: WiFi is free. If the WiFi goes out due to weather or unfortunate events that are out of our control we do not give refunds.
SELF CHECK-IN: As this is a self-check-in property, you agree to follow the instructions provided by Airbnb in the check-in guide or in the house manual. You can find the check-in guide in your email.
LATE CHECK-OUT: One hour: If you check out one hour later without the host`s permission you will be charged a $50 mandatory late fee. Two hours: If you check out two hours later without the host`s permission you will be charged that day`s rate, without possession of the property for the day. If another Airbnb traveler is affected due to late checkout, you will be responsible for reimbursing us for any refunds we must give.
As a guest, you agree to book in good faith with your host. You agree that you will not cause damage to their business due to dissatisfaction with a ruling by Airbnb or a loss of reservation. As part of this agreement, you waive your right to a trial if we sue you, which means you agree to pay
all court costs, etc if the case goes to trial.
