Spacious Room with great Loft for Kids

Very nice and Clean. Easy access to beach across street and amazing pier to fish from. Room suited is with 4 adults and 4 kids. Front balcony is large and amazing however there is no shade and it gets hot. Will definitely be staying again.

Family Fun & Sun

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Lagoon Landing. Our condo was nice, clean, and housed my family perfectly. Lagoon Landing is situated across the road from the beach with an access walkway for the condo. It has a pool, covered pavilions, and a fabulous private dock on the lagoon side. We will definitely return to this property! We also had a very positive experience with ITrip. The customer service reps were super nice and helpful. We received daily updates which were incredibly informative as well! Overall, we had a fabulous week of Family Fun & Sun!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at Lagoon Landing 301. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for all of my family. We loved cooking out and relaxing on the dock while my husband fished. We would love to stay here again next year!

Amazing experience

We arrived with our 3 children both our sons our special needs one is wheelchair bound so having the ramp and elevator was such a relief the house was very accessible as well on the bottom floor our youngest is autistic and we were traveling with our young nieces so the gate on the deck was so nice to not have to worry about the babies and stairs thank you so much for a great stay and amazing communication

Spring Break 2024

Overall this place was amazing and love the space inside and out. But they do need to update the furniture as some of the couch recliners don't work properly. Then the first bedroom's bed seems broke as when you sleep its almost like you sag to the middle. Then there is a chair inq the dinning table that falss apart as its missing screws, and the bar stool needs tighening. Need a tool kit along with first aide as well. Need a tv in the loft for kids to watch it up there. Need updated kitchen pans as they arent in the best condition. Need updated grills as well they were all rusted out.

Lagoon Landing was nice, clean and cozy. Was able to enjoy a perfect view of the beach from my bedroom and also on the balcony. The owner/hostess gave me a courtesy call the following day to ensure I was happy with everything and ask if we needed anything which I appreciate such great hospitality. The Beach was not overly crowded so if you enjoy tranquility and space this beach is a good option. Only suggestion for my trip overall is that the city had maybe more attractions. They have numerous gulf resorts and gulf parks but if your not into gulf it leaves you with water activities such as parasailing, jets, boating, fishing etc. but not much else

Great weekend getaway

My family of four and our friends family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend getaway. (Friday-Monday). The distance from the beach was great and the beach area wasn’t super crowded. We definitely enjoyed the pool also. The beds are a little squeaky but were comfortable. The patio can get a little hot since there is no shade but is awesome at night! A big plus was a closet full of sand toys and beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is fine for those who are not handicapped. The view is nice. It was comfortable as far as layout and furniture. The balcony was nice. But the sunshine cooks the front of the condo. Even the door handle was hot. It needs drapes or blinds on the front windows! Could be great with changes.

Property was good! Roomy and adequately furnished. However, during our last full day the door code quit working causing one of our guests to urinate themselves when they couldn’t get back in after having gone to the beach. Beware of weekend door code changes!

Nice Spacious Unit

Nice place! With tons of room! It was great to have such a big private balcony with views of the ocean. It was also great to have so many beds/bedrooms. Love that the loft had real normal stairs instead of some strange ladder or spiral staircase and its own full bathroom! We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/utensils (we would have liked more plastic cups, bowls, plates to use with the kids instead of such heavy duty ceramics/glass) The big blender was a nice bonus, as was the little closet full of beach stuff and the foosball coffee table and the Alexa in the living room. I also loved all of the handy hooks for hanging hats, bags, towels, etc. I do wish that there were a couple of pop up hampers available for dirty clothes though. All the beds were pretty squeaky. It didn't bother me because I'm a sound sleeper but my mom and kids are lighter sleepers so that's less fun for them. Another downside was being on the third floor with the elevator on the opposite side of the complex from our unit was not ideal. Plus, the elevator was smaller, super hot, slow, and sometimes smelled really weird like overheating/potential mechanical issue? We also didn't love having the stacked washer and dryer combo in the hall bathroom for two reasons: there was no linen closet, so no great storage for towels and the dryer was so high up that you couldn't see to operate it without a step stool although one was provided. Another drawback was that it seemed every morning that a trash truck came banging through the area and waking everyone up around 6 AM if not before. Lastly, the main door was really hard to go in and out of (not sure if due to hurricane proofing measures, loose doorframe or what but it was harder to open and close so we primarily used the sliding glass door. For good sleepers and early risers who are tall enough to operate the dryer and don't mind climbing three flights of stairs, this place is really nice.

A few things need to be fixed/upgraded

Hi, we just got home from our stay. In our group were my husband and I, my kids, ages 14 and 18, my nephew, age 19, my brother and my parents. Overall we had a great time but I feel for the price of this condo a few things need to be replaced/repaired. I’ll start with the repairs I’m talking about. First the couch was broken, I reported this to management right away when we arrived. It still worked though. Queen Bedroom one’s bed is terrible. I think the bed frame is broken. Can’t roll over with out feeling like it’s going to fall over and it makes terrible noises. Queen bedroom two’s tv didn’t work and the mattress was stained and needing to be replaced. Up in the loft the loft bed squeaks so bad it sounds like a trampoline and the handrail leading up to the loft needs to be cleaned and painted, looks so gross. The shower in the loft bathroom had orange mold all over the floor. When we arrived the living room floor and couch was covered with crumbs, I vacuumed everything. The positives are the condo is right across the street from the beach. My daughter loved fishing off the dock and the pool is nice and clean. The complex was quiet which is nice since we traveled with my older parents. There are carts to use to get your bags up to the condo. The elevator is convenient since it’s 3 flights up. The balcony over looking the beach is great to sit and relax.

Our beach vacation

We were so happy with our stay. We came from Kansas to enjoy the beach - and that we did! So convenient to be right on beach and out of ‘tourist-y’ traffic - yet close enough to get to those places when we wanted 😉. Three families (including kids) and room enough for all.
