Egal, ob Sie sich nur entspannen oder die "touristische Sache" machen möchten, unser Ort liegt in der Nähe vieler Touristenattraktionen in Südkalifornien.

Wir sind 27 km von Disneyland und 8 km vom Aquarium of the Pacific sowie dem Shoreline Village entfernt, wo Sie essen und einkaufen können, bis Sie fallen! Das Long Beach Convention Center ist ebenfalls 8 km entfernt. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der 2. Straße zu Fuß erreichbar.

Dies ist ein Familienbesitz und obwohl wir nicht die ganze Zeit auf dem Grundstück leben, versuchen wir uns an einem sonnigen Tag dorthin zu begeben und den Strand zu genießen!

Me and my family had so much fun staying at this place really quiet and cute neighborhood walks from the beach. Unfortunately we left our car unlocked and it was broken into.

I love staying on the peninsula. It’s quiet and safe. I enjoy the short walks to the bay and ocean. The people are friendly. The homes are gorgeous. The property manager was friendly and helpful. A few cooking utensils to stir or turn the meals, kitchen towels, and pot holders would have useful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great deal

Great property, very cozy & convenient

Only complaint is a miscommunication, the address given was missing a “1/2,” which caused some of my group to walk into the wrong unit (the door happened to be wide open). Another issue was noise sensitivity, in the middle of the day around 2pm we received a noise complaint for talking and having the tv on at a normal volume.

Birthday Present For Mom's 77th!

We rented this beautiful place for our mothers 77th birthday. Here and our Aunt had a wonderful weekend. Our mother stated she was able to walk to the beach and enjoy one of the most incredible Sunset she has ever seen! Thank you for hosting such and amazing place.

Address should have had a note listing it for 371/2 to avoid confusion. The glass window doors made me very uncomfortable in the evenings. The location was amazing and closer to the beach than we expected.

Owner is unresponsive and the place is not very clean

I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency. I tried to let the owner know via message but she completely ignored me. This place is extremely overpriced for what it is. When I checked in, it looked dirty- almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed and couch smell dirty, and the bathroom smells of mildew. The neighbors weren’t aware that we’d be staying here so they were super confrontational when they saw us waking back to the unit via the alley way. I think next time I’ll spend the money on a hotel, it’s a much better value and will be cleaner.

Amazing Location

This place is all about the location. Parking is rough on weekends but once your there it’s awesome. Really nice place for the cost. Everything we wanted they had. Highly recommend for couple or really small family.

It was exactly like the pictures. Great couch and kitchen. We could have used sheets for the futon. it was close to the beach. We didn’t realize that there are several oil rigs in Long Beach. Great price for that location by the bay which is much nicer.

Cozy unit VERY close to the beach

The apartment was pretty much as described and weekend parking was indeed a challenge. Once parked, however, all was good. I'd say just 50 yards to a beautiful and uncrowded harbor beach. VERY family oriented on safe, calm-water beach. If you like easy access to a beautiful beach with all types of boats slowly passing and everyone having lots of fun, you couldn't find a better place. About a pleasant 20 minute walk to various restaurants and services made it possible to enjoy them without taking the car. This unit was a great, affordable find and Lupe answered all our questions so there were no surprises up arrival. Next time in the area we'll certainly book it again.

Perfect for our family!

We will easily stay here again in the future! The space was doable for our family of 3. The check in process was clear and easy (pics were helpful). Parking was always easy to find too. The snack basket and recommendations binder were a cute gesture. We did message the owner through the app with a question but they never replied. It wasn’t urgent so we were fine with it but it did strike me as a bit odd.

Great price and location

My stay was Fathers Day weekend June 17/18 checking out June 19 2023. My children and I arrived around 1pm and immediately was met by a neighbor that told me I couldn’t park there. I told her I was renting there for the weekend and her reply was my truck was too big. I have a standard Chevy 1500. (Not lifted or extended bed). My sister and family that lives in Long Beach joined us for a beach day (one day) only going to the rental for the bathroom and to sing Happy Bday to my son. They did not stay in the rental! The owner msg me telling me there were multiple complaints about the number of people on the property and that we left it in some kind of unacceptable condition. We arrived to a sandy place and left it a sandy place. Maybe I did something wrong and maybe this isn’t a place for families. My family and I still had a great time for a great price and the convenience of the location to the beach made it great as well. I read all the reviews and saw other complaints but chose to remain unbothered because of the price and location. This is just my experience I hope it helps others.

Great neighborhood, sweet little flat

As advertised. For my family of 4 (2 teens), it was just what we needed for a few days, although tight (as expected). Great location. It was nice to have extra linens and a fan available. There was a little confusion on check-in, since the back unit has a different address. Lupe was responsive & neighbors were pleasant. Maybe could use a few more kitchen utensils, but the basics were covered.

Close to the water!

The property is similar toa visit a relatives beach property.. Biggest advantage is the nearness to beaches without having to drive. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Parking is on the street but we always were able to park in the same 1/2 block as the building. The bed was very comfortable, The couch was sufficient for our adult daughter to sleep on. The kitchen was supplied with microwave, toaster oven , stove and refridgerator and coffee. The host was very accomadating to the couple questions we had. The property could use more towels and some beach towels as there is no clothes washer on site. It also could use some blankets as the nights were pretty cool. We hung a big towel over the entrance door as it is glass and light comes in, and for privacy for our daughter sleeping on the couch. All in all, we were pleased with our visit.

Good and not so good!!

Place was clean to the eye, though we wiped things down. Hours after getting there the tv stopped working so watching television was not an option the whole time we where there. The kitchen had items you would need for cooking. Water pressure in sink was very low Bathroom, toilet seat was loose and small. Water pressure in bathroom was good. The bed was very comfortable. Though it was very warm. It was uncomfortable at night to sleep due to temperature. A floor fan was all thats there to use, that didn’t help. Probably would be better in cooler months. More lighting in the bedroom would be great it was dim., there was 1 lamp. If you take the lamp shade off that helped. No sleeping in from construction noise. Not use to being so close to neighbors you hear it all. You are walking distance to places to eat on 2nd street. The beach was literally walking distance across the street that was nice. The worse was we did miss our flight as the annual marathon was taking place and 3 Ubers drivers where unable to get to us and we had to walk 1.5 mile at 06:30 am with luggage to meet up with the 4th Uber outside the marathon parameter. Which we where told all who lived in that area new about it. That would have been nice to know. This was just our experience.

Although our business keeps us busy 24-7 we always make time to enjoy our beach place! Our family is quite BIG.. 7 kids, 10 grand kids, and if that wasn't enough we also have a Jack Russel who thinks she is as ferocious as a Rottweiler!

I love to cook.. he loves to eat ! I love to play in the sand he prefers to keep his shoes and socks on at all times ! I love R&B, he prefers the opera.. as different as we are the one thing we BOTH LOVE is spending time at our beach place !

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

For years we would come to this part of town to walk on the boardwalk, admire the beautiful homes, enjoy the beach and it's beautiful sunsets. We always dreamed of living here full time or part time. It wasn't until April of 2010 that our dream of owning a little piece of land on this peninsula came true! We love it.. the place, the people the scenery ! You will love it too.
