FREQUENT QUESTIONS:
1. How is the door lock access?
Door access is via smart lock. You will be given uniquel entry PIN code shortly after the reservation is confirmed.

2. Does your unit have a free parking?
No free parking. However I can arrange for one if you need 2 or more days. Alternatively there is a paid hourly parking within the premises.

3. Are we allowed to have visitors?
You will need to submit names of your potential visitors upon booking, meaning your group + up to (5) more persons. After names have been submitted and approved by the building admin, no additional visitors are allowed by the security. This condo-wide policy.

4. Can we use the swimming pool?
Yes, BUT from Monday to Wednesday only (excluding holidays)
Swimming pool fee that you need to pay directly to Bldg. Admin = Php200 / person

5. Can we use the gym?
No. Exclusive for residents use only.

6. Do you accept early check-in and late check-out?
We only accept early check-in and late check-out if the unit is available or there is no confirmed booking the next day.

7. Are we allowed to cook inside the unit?
Only mild cooking is permitted.
