Whether you are in the area for an event, or just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this Rustic Cabin feel home will be perfect for you!
If you are interested in Shopping and the Cultural events available in NWA, it’s only 7.5 miles from DT Rogers, 11 miles to Walmart Amp & Pinnacle Hills Promenade and 30 miles to Eureka Springs. More interested in biking and hiking. It’s only 6.4 miles to Hobbs State Park and 7.1 Miles to the Railyard Bike Park. There are many, many more trails and things to do just minutes away!
The neighborhood has a gravel road with lake access that is perfect if you want to go canoeing, kayaking, or just float in the cove. If you have a larger boat, there is a public launch ramp just over a mile away and either Prairie Creek Marina or Rocky Branch Marina are both just a short drive down the road.
You will have the top level, backed screened in porch and yard of this home to enjoy during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, and large open living room/dining area. The lakeview is stunning all year round and you have a good chance to enjoy some of the neighborhood wildlife.
In the home, there is a full kitchen with Fridge, Ice Maker, dishwasher, microwave, Oven/Stove, and Coffee station. If you need any type of Cookware that is not already stocked, we will be happy to provide to you as soon as we are made aware of your need. There is a full-size washer and dryer to use as well.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, loveseat, smart TV and a beautiful lakeview to enjoy the sunrise. The décor is themed around wildlife and has a cabin home feel. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and smart TV. There is a private bathroom attached to this room, and the décor has a classy vintage feel. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a double bed, and a smart TV. This is more of the Fun theme room with a beachy Margaritaville feel.
Our favorite part of this home is feeling of nature’s beauty and the relaxation the home brings. Sitting on the back porch in the evening you have a good chance to see some of the neighborhood deer. It is a wonderful place to listen to music and hang out with your friends and family. The deck wraps around the house and there is a small covered sitting area to enjoy the sunrise or evening drink.
