Awesome!

I stayed at this location alone. I was safe, it was quiet, and I was in a wonderful location. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. The property manager was kind and even left a nice gift. I would recommend!

Great place the money, location excellent.

Rated a 4 because the dishes / silverware we’re not clean, bedroom needs room darkening blinds or curtains (light right outside of building shines right into the bedroom window), and could use a regular sized skillet (only a small one available).

Nice but a few hiccups

Property was well listed, location and check in were adequate. We did pay extra to check in early, when we arrived at that time our place had not been cleaned. We did receive excellent customer service to remedy this. It still felt a little dirty but overall, it was a good place.

Nice little condo!

Our stay was great! We loved the Perdido Key area. It was close to the NAS so that we could see our son. We like the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We had NO problem finding space on the beach. No one ever asked us to move. The co do was nice. It could use some updating/repairs. The main carpet could use a good cleaning. Overall though we love it for the price! The porch area is great too. The view of the pool and palm trees is amazing!

Not well kept

The unit needs some up keep. The walls look dirty they need painted, the rug in the living area is filthy. When you walk in the unit without shoes your feet turn black. Each bathroom had 1 partial roll of toilet tissue, the batteries in the tv remote were dead (we had to buy batteries before we could watch tv. The air went out for 2 days. There were dishes left in the dishwasher.......

If we would have been notified while you were in town we would have been happen to take care of them. We have addressed the housekeeping team responsible and further trained them on cleaning the condo. We are working with the owner on painting the condo and replacing the rug. We also apologize that the AC was not blowing cold air for a few hours during your stay. Luckily it was an easy fix and we are happy to report it has not been an issue since then. Nice property, close to the beach

Overall, we had a good experience at this condo. Close walking path to the beach, gated parking area, quiet. Amenities left at the property were appreciated... 1 roll TP, 1 roll paper towels, 2 dishwasher detergent tabs, dish washing liquid, and 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom. Plenty of bath towels and washcloths were made available. Within a 20 minute drive to NAS Pensacola, which is why we were there to begin with. The were very few bad things, but here they are. It would be nice if there was a hair dryer supplied in the bathroom. The walls were pretty dirty. The rug in the living room needs to be tossed out, as it is yucky with dirt. The inside of the shower curtain had goo on it from a previous tennant. And, the wi-fi wouldn't work for the last 2 days we were there, but that was no big deal. Since you are asked not to take the bath towels down to the beach, it would be nice to have a couple beach towels provided. We flew across the country, and didn't pack beach towels with us. We had a good time, and would definitely stay there again, in hopes of a cleaner unit :)

Good with some issues

The renting process was great and so was the stay but there were some issues with amenities. Internet tv was crappy and that’s putting it nicely. Could not access internet at all. Fans and vents were filthy. Dishes were filthy. The hot tub was cold the night we tried it and the next morning it was green. 9 am checkout is way too early. We did enjoy the fact that the condo was in close proximity to the beach and publix.

Nice condo not on the beach

This condo is not located on the beach. The picture of the water and dock in the pictures is of a small pond. There is a west and east condo, which we didn’t realize and went to the west instead of the east. So it took us longer to find the place and get checked in. Condo was nice and could be a lot nicer if the cleaning people took the time to wash the beds, all beds had sand in them. There was food that had splattered on the fridge (on the side of it from someone cooking). I expected this condo to be clean but it disappointed me. The walk to the beach isn’t far, so that was nice. This condo had everythjng we needed to cook with. The owners, may want to check in on who is cleaning this unit, because they are not doing a very good job.

Never Again.

Way too much to write. In a nut shell: - not kid friendly, more like a retirement home. Very rude older guests. -not very clean, bathroom drawers were gross and living room rug was filthy and stained. -NOT large enough for a family of 6. Very limited seating, only 1 room w dresser and side table. Closest was full already. - inadequate bedding for kids and pull out. One sheet and on thin blanket for twin beds in hallway and only a sheet for the pull out bed. - TV is connected to the Intenet and the Intenet service was HORRIBLE. Phones would by hardly work and TV lagged and froze constantly. -NO PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS OR BEACH AS YOU ARE LED TO BELIEVE. You WILL be literally asked to leave and walk to the public access point and stay in that tiny area.

We have had the living room rug cleaned and extra pillows and blankets can be found in the bedroom closet. Unfortunately, because this property is a one bedroom we do not have a place to put an additional dresser. The internet service is provided by the HOA and we have passed your feedback to them. It was perfect for my husband and I.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, had everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen (we only cooked breakfast since it was just us) The pool area was very nice and water felt amazing. We loved the hot tub also. Short walk to get to the beach. Not bad at all. Bed was comfortable. Only two things that we didn’t necessarily care for: 1. A lot of light comes in the window in the bedroom. Curtains were sheer so it didn’t help at all keep any light out. May need better shades?2. The tv was very hard to understand. Not sure the cable provider but we are in our 30’s and had a hard time with it. I can only imagine someone older having a hard time with it. These two things are little and wasn’t that big of a deal but maybe something to look at. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 😁

Cozy Place

This condo was really quite & cozy!! Great location too! It was clean & well stocked. Needs a little updating on certain things, such as painting. The gray should be a lighter color to liven the place up & blend better with the décor. Also, the bedroom needs heavier curtains to hide the light flowing into the room at night from outside lights that stay on all night. A larger television would be nice in the living area. Also, the hot tub wasn't hot at all. It was barely lukewarm. There should be a map of the property and area in the room. The gate did not close during our entire stay but never felt unsafe at all. We would stay again though, simply for the value!

Outstanding condo

9:00 am check out is early and inconvenient. Had the option of moving up but that was expensive. This would make me select a different unit in the future and hope it is changed to standard of 10:30 or 11.

This place was super close to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. The condo was small, but comfortably fit 6 people. My only complaint is the check out time is quite early (9am) and the fee to extend the check out is $60/hr.

GREAT place for a short getaway!

This is our 3rd trip to Perdido. We have stayed at Grand Caribbean each time and have never been disappointed. Our unit was over all great. It was very well decorated. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. We will continue coming here for the great prices and the quiet atmosphere. We love our hide away at Perdido Key!
