With multiple furnished balconies and a heated private pool, there's no excuse for not spending time outdoors and enjoying the perfect coastal weather! Inside, the home is characterized by coastal elegance. It offers ample open living space and luxury sleeping accommodations. There are five well-appointed bedrooms and four and a half baths. The property can host up to 14 guests, making it a great option for get-togethers with family or friends. This home is also accessible friendly, featuring a ramp in the garage, an elevator to all floors, a lift for the third-floor bed, and an accessible bathtub.

You'll know you've made the right choice as soon as you pull up to this stunning property. A landscaped lawn and the home's exterior colors of white and gray radiate a calm ambiance that eases you into a vacation frame of mind. Step inside, and the first floor greets you with a lovely den and access to the pool patio. The den includes a plush wraparound couch and a white cocktail table that faces a wall-mounted TV. A round table provides a place for casual dining, drinks, or playing games. Two sets of glass doors open directly onto a covered patio and private pool deck. Lounge chairs and a gas grill make it the perfect area to sit back and relax with your fellow beachgoers.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where the main great room is located. The space features shiplap walls, wood flooring, white and neutral furnishings, wicker décor, and natural sunlight—all of which combine to create a laidback and cozy atmosphere. The living room includes a gray couch and two oversized white armchairs. This seating ensemble is situated around a large coffee table and faces a wall-mounted TV. Honey-toned floors flow into the open dining area, where eight slip-covered chairs surround a hardwood table. Four additional seats can be found at the spacious kitchen island, which allows for easy dining and serving everything from meals to mixed drinks. The well-appointed kitchen is a dream, featuring white cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. In addition to being a great gathering space, the great room provides access to a covered balcony that overlooks the pool. Here, a full outdoor dining table and seating for eight provides an ideal place for alfresco dining.

Aside from the home's covered balconies, guests can also enjoy incredible views of a coastal dune lake and the Gulf from the rooftop observation deck. To reach the deck, take the spiral stairs from the third-floor balcony. The deck includes several viewing chairs.

When it comes to sleeping accommodations, nothing compares to this lovely home. The five bedrooms are spread across each of the home's three levels. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and balcony access. With shiplap walls, blue accent furniture, and sea-inspired décor, it truly gives off peaceful coastal energy. The private ensuite bath is magnificent, with a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The guest bedrooms are equally as comfortable as the primary suite, and three include king-size beds. On the first floor, there is one guest room with a king-size bed, TV, and a shared bath. The second floor includes one guest bedroom with a king-size bed and one guest bunkroom with two twin bunks and two twin trundles. The bunkroom is a great option for the kids in the group. The final guest bedroom is on the third floor. It has a king-size bed, TV, and private bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Other nearby conveniences include restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, bars, and grocery stores. It is close to Gulf Place Town Center, which boasts an eclectic collection of restaurants, coffee shops, an outdoor art gallery, and a grassy amphitheater used for seasonal events. You can also explore the other quaint towns of Scenic 30A, each of which puts their own unique spin on beach life here on the Emerald Coast.
