Note: Breezy point Beach and Campground is Open from May 1, 2024, to October 31st,2024 for the season. Admission fees and additional details about rules and prices for weekends and holidays can be found on their website. While our home is conveniently located across from the beach and campground, please note that we are not directly affiliated with Calvert County Park and Recreation, who manage the beach. We do not provide passes or access into the beaches.

Breezy point Beach and Campground is just steps away from the property, offering direct access to a pristine sandy beach. The campground also provides various amenities, including picnic areas, playgrounds, and nature trails.

We strive to provide a clean and healthy environment for our guests and this home is also for the personal use of my family and children. We invite you to share this space with us therefore we have implemented a very strict non-smoking policy, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices inside or in any surrounding common areas. All Smoking should be done at least 8 feet away from the property.

There are no pets allowed on or inside the property.
