Our standard Check in time is 3 PM and Check Out time is 11 AM,
Early Check-in (from 9 AM) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late Check-out (by 3 PM) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate.
Early Check-in before 9 AM and Late Check-Out after 3 PM is subject to availability and requires a payment of 100% of the nightly rate in addition.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment
• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate
• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
