Easy Check In process 24 hours/day. 
We will stay in touch with you by What'sApp/phone/sms upon your arrival to support in case of emergency, and you will collect keys from the residences reception. To ensure that the check-in is easy and smooth, you will receive a detailed Check In instruction one day prior to your arrival.
Our standard Check in time is 3 PM and Check Out time is 11 AM,
Early Check-in (from 9 AM) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late Check-out (by 3 PM) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate.
Early Check-in before 9 AM and Late Check-Out after 3 PM is subject to availability and requires a payment of 100% of the nightly rate in addition.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment
• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate
• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest will get a complimentary cleaning three times a week with 24hrs advanced request
