The boardwalk to the beach was very short & easy. There were nice clean restrooms at the pool. The included chairs were so nice to have. Downsides - living room is not very big if you had a large family. Absolutely ZERO cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, etc. there are multiple tvs in the unit, but we were unable to figure out how to work more than 1 tv at a time for some reason. Overall, condo was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this particular condo since the early 2000's. It is in a great location and the booking agency has for the most part been good. The condo is and always has been good. My biggest complaint is that whomever they get to clean these condos needs to find a new profession. When I spend the kind of money that I do to stay in this condo, I expect it to be clean when I walk in the door. There was food on the throw rug and a comb that was left laying on the floor in the living room. After my wife swept the floor, just in the living room, I don't see how anyone came in the room and cleaned. As I told the lady at the desk, they need to hire a different cleaning company.

Pelican Isle

Wonderful location, short trip to Destin as well as Navarre pier and Pensacola. The view from the balcony is amazing as are the pool and hot tub area. Very clean and would highly recommend for a family or friends vacation.

Quick Stay was clean, comfortable and beautiful

In and out after a one night stay for group on business trip. But would absolutely come back to same unit for a vacation, as unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable accommodations.

Great beach access. Beach isn’t as busy as a lot of other parts of Destin. Beautiful view. Short drive to a number of restaurants. Our family of five fit comfortably In this unit with room to spare. Awesome views from the balcony. Great parking and easy access.

Great deal on clean beachfront unit

Wonderful week in the Gulf. Property staff were polite and everything was easily accessible. Our room layout was great for 2 families and everything was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked (we always bring most of our kitchen needs) for the usual beach goer. View was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrella was an great plus too!

Perfect place for family vacay!

Condo was perfect! The extra room in the master bedroom was a major factor for us and our two kids. We had plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and had all the essentials needed for a week’s stay. (I would add a few more bath towels for future guests but we just washed them every other day) The location was perfect on the beach, beach service was amazing, and restaurants were close by! We will stay here again! Great place to relax and recharge!

Heated pool and hot tub

We were here for Spring Break and the weather was mid sixties and little to no sun. Despite that, we enjoyed the beach with chair service. The condo had an extra chair for our child we put out ourselves. The condo was well equipped with standard amenities including a keurig. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated well.

Above and beyond our expectations

We had an absolute blast! The property was SUPER clean and provided everything that we could have needed. Our stay was 7 nights. We had our 4 children and we also brought my parents. There was more than enough room for all of us and we were so sad when it was time to go home. We even had some friends that we met while we were there come in and check out the room and they couldn't believe how much nicer it was than their room. Top notch and we fully intend on staying here again.

CLEAN AND RELAXING

My family has not been on vacation for 4 years. So needless to say we needed a relaxing trip. This condo and the whole experience was beyond words. We relaxed and truly enjoyed ourselves for the first time in a LONG time. The accommodations and overall cleanliness was top notch!!! It made it hard for us to go back to Pennsylvania.
