Spacious single-family home in the heart of Mayo! This lovely home sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate up to 8. Inside, you'll find a clean, modern design with ample space to spread out. Relax with a book in the sunroom or enjoy the serene, park-like setting of the backyard in the hot tub. Fully equipped with every amenity you could imagine. Minutes to Edgewater, 10 min to historic Downtown Annapolis, 25 min to Baltimore, and 30 min DC.

STRICT hot tub policy: Please review the rules prior to use and ask any questions beforehand. The hot tub is regularly maintained and kept in pristine condition. We ask that all guests shower before entering the hot tub and refrain from excessive drinking during use. If the hot tub is left dirty, there will be a $450 cleaning fee assessed, as it will need to be drained/cleaned/treated before it can be used again. The cleaning staff inspects and photographs the condition of the hot tub after each guest, and there will be no exceptions to this policy.

**Please do not remove the chemical floater from hot tub - this is what keeps the tub clean and sanitary for you and other guests.**

How to adjust hot tub temperature: First press temp button twice to see if temp is going up or down. If it's going up and you want it to go down, wait for the temp numbers to stop flashing. Press the temp button again and continue pressing it until it gets to the desired temperature. You do the same to make it go the other way.

We do have well water that is treated with top-of-the-line systems making it drinkable and safe for use. However, due to the well water there may be a slight smell from time to time depending on the weather, climate, and sea conditions.

All forms of smoking are forbidden in the home. $200 fee if marijuana is noticed and $400 fee is cigarette smoke is detected in the home.

Parking is limited to the driveway and garage ONLY. 6 vehicles fit nicely. Street parking prevents neighbors from freely moving through the community.

The fireplace is not operational at this time, sorry for any inconveniences.
I will not always be available in person, but if an issue arises, please message or call me and we will ensure it’s taken care of in a timely fashion. Again, please be respectful of my property and the neighborhood. Any guest found to be in violation of the house rules (to include parties, loud music, parking on the street, and the smell of smoke – of any kind – coming from the home) will be evicted without a refund.
This property is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, there are no parties allowed. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host. No more than 10 people will be allowed at the home at any given time. Excessive noise and/or trash that disturb the neighborhood will incur a fee and poor review. Additionally, failure to follow the rules can result in eviction from the property without a refund.
Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.
Large open living/dining room perfect for entertaining. The second living space in the finished basement is perfect board games or movies. 4 bedrooms in total, one is setup as an office. Large master suite, large enough for a king bed with a spa like master bath. The three remaining bedrooms are located in a separate wing of the home, perfect for families with parents who need alone time. Huge garage for your use, with an extra-long space large enough for boat parking. Stunning sunroom, hot tub, deck, and balcony off master bedroom. Full washer and dryer. Private security system with monitor on living room TV & WiFi included. Dual temperature control. Large fridge in kitchen with ice maker and water access on the door, plus an ice-cold beer fridge in garage.

Parking is limited to driveway and garage (will fit up to six vehicles). Parking on the street is not allowed, as it blocks traffic to the neighborhood residents. If notified by neighbors of vehicles parked in the street, we will ask you to move them immediately.
This home is not close to public transportation, though Uber is usually just a few minutes away.
