I love the location and have stayed in the same condo, twice a year sometimes, for several years. I do feel that the patio furniture badly needs an upgrade. Chaise lounges need to be added and get rid of the uncomfortable bench and chairs. The dining table and chairs are sufficient and the 2 rockers. The side table needs replacing; it is broke and the top could fall off and hurt someone. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and neither of the mattresses on the beds. I think it would add to the appeal of the unit greatly if comfort was more of a factor.

Screen on patio door was barely intact and eventually came out, rendering it useless. Shower curtains and toilet seats in both bathrooms were nasty and couldn’t be cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms were terribly outdated. A/C didn’t work the first 3 weeks we were there as maintenance had to come into condo 15 times. And the topper is my corvette got broken into and cost me 500$ to replace glass( no cameras or security on property)

My only complaint was with the Islander, not the unit. They added a pool code this year that was 6 digits. I could never remember it so walked around the pool to get to the beach walkway every day, which was a little annoying. I saw people yelling out the code to others, climbing the gate, etc. Just a minor annoyance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the view spectacular. A very nice location and not too crowded. I would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bad beach service Noisy environment (some kind of noisy work everyday). One elevator out of service all time I was at resort. This year experience is the worst I have over 7 years before.
