In addition, there are a couple trails that go right to Lake Michigan in walking distance from the home.

This 4400 sq ft home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (2.5 of which were remodeled last winter), a large kitchen, dining room, library, screened in porch, home office, living room with a walkout patio, private lakefront, private dock. The entire main living space was remodeled this year! It was professionally painted, new central air, new furniture, new lighting and ceiling fans throughout. All small appliances were updated as well.

For the summer, the dock was extended with a seating area, 4 new kayaks come with the rental, and there is an option to rent our brand new 2024 Pontoon during your stay! Additional water toys and rafts are on site to enjoy the lake.

We installed home office speed wifi that will run over 20 devices. 3 brand new SMART TVs are in the home. One in the library, primary suite, and secondary King on the second floor. The office also is equipped with computer monitors should you need to get a little work done on your trip.

The entire home is accessible including a washer and dryer. A second refrigerator is also in the garage to ensure enough space for food and drink.
