We are going to keep the screened in porch and location, of course, which are wonderful, but will be updating the interior of this condo to have it better suit its great location and views! I feel very strongly that any negative experience our guests encounter is unacceptable; not only to me, but also to our entire Beachside Team, and guest feedback is always appreciated and taken very seriously. Our staff takes great pride in working with our guests to make sure they have a memorable experience. It is terribly disappointing that your vacation did not meet your expectations. 1 C Mariner’s Walk is a unique property in that it features one the largest screen porches on the ocean in Wild Dunes Resort. This porch is amazing! After three or four steps, you are on the beach making it perfect for young families. It is so easy to get in and out of the property and onto the beach. Many guests rent this home year after year because of this wonderful amenity. The interior of 1 C does not have many upgrades, but it is our goal to keep it clean and well maintained. Wild Dunes Resort offers many outstanding amenities, most of which are open to all rental guests. Some amenities are associated with the private Wild Dunes Club and require a Sports Card for entry. 1 C Mariners Walk is one of a few properties in Mariner’s Walk that offers the Sports Card that allows guests to visit the following private club amenities with a daily access fee: • Fitness Room • Private Rental of a Tennis Court • Wild Dunes Club Swimming Pool • Kid’s Recreation Programs If a visitor is not interested in the private club amenities and the fees associated with these services, the Isle of Palms features a Fitness Room and Tennis Courts for all visitors at the City’s new facility on 27th Avenue, free of charge. In addition to Fitness and Tennis, the Recreation Center features the best playground on the Island and basketball (inside and outside courts).
