The Loft is an AMAZING property. Its location is perfect just minutes away from the Sand Hollow State Park, and 30 minuets to the main gate to Zion National Park. With 3 large king bedrooms all with your own private bathroom, and a bunkroom with 6 queen beds, and 2 large bathrooms to ensure that the kids get ready fast. It's perfect for all family getaways. The fun-filled environment offers activities like ping pong, arcade games, and a large private fenced pool. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the sun-soaked experience offered by The Loft.
Access to this home is at the garage. There is no front door to this property. This home is above a commercial building with an office space next to the garage.

The house was big and beautiful. We have a family of 5 with a dog and the house could have easily fit another family the same size. The location to everything in the area was perfect. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken during our stay and we weren’t fully able to take advantage of that area. Only critiques would be there is some deferred maintenance that needs to be done to the property and some of the kitchen cooking equipment was either broken or missing (no pot holders, broken glass’s no grill cleaner). Overall the house is amazing and we would stay here again!

The loft was great for the 3 families. It’s perfectly located. The heated pool was amazing each evening after long days of off roading. The coffee shop/ice cream store was a nice treat for parents and kids. The only recommendation I have is updating the pans. They are quite used. Everything else was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with the entire trip.

Perfect for a week stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house with seven people for the week. There were three adults and four kids, and we still had plenty of space for more if needed. The pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood was beautiful. We encountered an issue with the air conditioning one day, but the host addressed it quickly, and thankfully, it was an easy fix.Can't wait to come back and enjoy this house for next years National Softball tournament!

Excellent place for families

This place was fantastic. We had 3 families with a total of 10 kids and there was more than enough space! We had a great time. Everything was clean and the pool was awesome. My only suggestion is to have a vacuum in the unit and the pots and pans could use replaced! Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

A week in paradise

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for our group. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous pool, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear, easy-to-follow instructions provided by the host Rachel. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!

Clean, fun and beautiful

Such a amazing place to stay! It's a short drive to Zion and we loved the extras that came with the place. A huge grassy area for our dogs to run and play ball in. The house was super clean and organized and the host is amazing!

Spacious and fun!!

This place was amazing! We loved having our own heated pool! There was so much room for the 8 of us to relax and lots of fun onsite activities! Loved the private bathroom for each room too! Is such a great place for bigger groups! Our only complaint is the lack of toilet paper roll holders and towel racks!

So much Space

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the comfort of living spaces, gaming areas, and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Best part was the toys for entertaining our grandchildren. Pool was a bonus, although somehow it wasn't heated the last few days. Still had the community Spa to enjoy.

Amazing Place - stop scrolling, this is IT!

We booked the Loft for New Years for a friends reunion. 3 families - 6 adults, 8 kids and a dog. We were blown away by the house, the amenities and the responsiveness of the host. It’s about 50 minutes to Zion but you didn’t even know it because the drive was so beautiful. The pool was heated, the beds were comfortable (loved having 3-king suites all with balconies) and the bunk house was the shining star for all our kids to be in one room. Honestly, we’re dreaming of going back as our stay was too short.

Lovely spacious property across from the best Pickleball courts I have ever played on. We take an annual vacation and all agree that this was the best vacation yet! It is close to lots of different activities. One day we went on a hummer off road rock climbing tour; another day we went to Zion; another day we rented a boat and jet skis from Mad Moose on Quail Creek; another day we hiked Kanarra Falls; the last day we went to Pioneer Park in St. George and to the original Swig soda shop. The most driving we had to do once we got there from Las Vegas was to Zion, everything else was within 30 minutes from the house.We did have issues with the AC a few times but they were very responsive and got us cooled down again. Also, the refrigerator was not keeping up with our large group of 12 and our ice cream kept melting. We found that turning the freezer down to -5 solved the problem. It would be helpful if the address was on the garage. You kind of have to guess which garage goes with the house (it's number 5). We were provided with adequate toilet paper and cleaning supplies for our large group. We LOVED the pool and all 12 of us had some good water volleyball games! All the beds were comfortable and we loved the balconey area off each bedroom. From the description, we were under the impression that there were 2 bathrooms for the kids bunk room, however there was only one. They were able to make it work by utilizing the bathroom off the pool.
