It's closed to many famous place like Waikiki Beach, International market place.
Also, Ala Wai canal is 10 second from this condominium. You can enjoy taking a walk while watching the beautiful Diamond Head like in the morning or sunset time.

I would like to tell you some information about this listing room!
I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu.

At first, this unit is a tiny studio room. No kitchen, No desk for work space.
Just bed space and bathroom as pictures.
So, I recommend this room for guests who spend a lot of time outside and come back to sleep at night.
To be honest, I don't think it NOT suitable for guests who want to spend a luxurious time in their room all day.


《As basic information on this room》
-Full-Furnished with:1 Queen size bed, AC.

-Kitchenware：
Only Glass cups, silver, dished, Microwaves, Electric pot, Toaster.
There are Just above. There is NO stove, No sink for cooking.
If you think about cooking, this room DOESN'T fit for you.

-Bath amenities:
Bath towel(one@guest), Shampoo&Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer.
*No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc.
*We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay.
If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest. If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest

-Private room:
This room is perfectly for you. You don't need to share like bath room with other guests in your room.

【Other Very Important Notes before booking】
＊This room is NOT HOTEL ROOM＊
This building is Hotel&Condo. HOWEVER, This room does NOT belong to hotel. Just as the condominium room.
So there is no hotel service like daily clean, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.

If guests expect hotel service like above and brand new/fancy room, this is difficult to meet your expectations.
Also, I ask to check below.
・Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm in Honolulu. I would like cooperation for the neighborhood.
・No party, No Smoking, No Drugs

Our early check-in service available from 12:30pm
Early check-in fee is $30+Tax

Late Check-out
until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax
until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax
after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee

＊You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
So If early check-in or late check-out is important for you to make a reservation, please be sure to ask me if they are possible at first before sending your request.
