When water levels and vessel draft allow, you can keep your boat or jet skis tied to the private dock during your stay. Dock access depends on seasonal water levels and your vessel’s draft.

Explore the shoreline, fish, or enjoy tubing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

For an adventure on land, the Moses Lake Sand Dunes are about 15 minutes away. Bring your ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, or side-by-sides, then return to relax at the house. A backyard hose is available to rinse off your gear.

SEASONAL WATER LEVELS

Moses Lake’s water level is typically lowered from early November through early April. During this period, boating, swimming, and launching kayaks or paddleboards from the property may be limited or unavailable.

The waterfront setting, lake views, hot tub, fire pit, and indoor amenities still make the home an inviting fall and winter retreat. Water activities depend on seasonal water levels and conditions.

• Garage is not available for guest use

HOUSE RULES

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Please keep outdoor voices and music low, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, and dock

Pets are not permitted due to severe allergies. Assistance animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and booking-platform policies.
