We invite you to relax in this comfortably furnished townhouse in a quiet part of downtown Eagle River. This home is a spacious 1200sf, two-story unit with in-floor radiant heat throughout the downstairs living area, and plush carpet leading up the stairs and into the upper story bedrooms. Uplit-crown lighting brings a warmth and brightness to both bedrooms.

This small apartment community shares a common lawn, and the property is adjacent to an inactive lot, and at the end of a grassy park. Parking is off street with a short walkway to the front door. With no buildings to the rear and at a dead-end street, coffee can be enjoyed on the small back deck. We have carefully stocked the kitchen all the essentials one might need for a gourmet couples dinner or a full family feast. Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, families with children, and small groups.
