Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf von unserem Balkon, der das Wohnzimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer umfasst. Pelikane segeln auf Augenhöhe vorbei und der Klang der Wellen versetzt Sie in den Urlaubsmodus.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über alle neuen Möbel mit Fliesen im gesamten. Die Küche verfügt über Granit-Theken, eine ausziehbare Speisekammer und Edelstahlgeräte mit herrlichem Blick auf die Küstenstraße. Die Wohnung schläft sechs; Ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit eingebauter Luftmatratze ist bequem zum Sitzen und Schlafen. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, der zum Chillaxing schwenkt und liegt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine verstellbare Matratze mit Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Blick auf die zwischen den Küsten gelegene Wasserstraße, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen privaten Zugang zum Gästebad. Es gibt viel Schubladen- und Stauraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Redington Towers, die Ihnen Zugang zu einem beheizten Pool, zu Stränden, einem Fitnessraum, Tischtennisplatten, einer Bibliothek, einem überdachten Parkplatz, einem 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einem Gemeinschaftsgrill, geplanten Aktivitäten und mehr bietet. Auf jeder Etage befinden sich Wäschemöglichkeiten. Zwei Höhenunterschiede garantieren eine kurze Wartezeit bis zum Zugang zu unserer Einheit in der 12. Etage. Monatliche Mieten sind erforderlich, aber Sie werden feststellen, dass die monatliche Rate mit den Gebühren für zwei Wochen an anderen Standorten vergleichbar ist. Wir sind in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants, einem Supermarkt, einer Bank, einem Angelpier, einem Vogelschutzgebiet und dem Pinellaspfad zum Radfahren oder Skaten.

Das Gerät ist komplett mit weichen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Strandtüchern, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett usw. ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Barware, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Grill, Mixer usw. bestückt. Die Wohnung verfügt jetzt über WLAN in der Unterkunft und eine Wii mit Spielen für Regentage. Das Fernsehgerät ist mit einer Soundleiste ausgestattet, über die eine Bluetooth-Verbindung Ihre Lieblingsmusik abspielen kann.

Wir sind 30 Minuten von der Innenstadt von St. Petersburg, eine sehr charmante Stadt mit Kunstmuseen, professionellen Sportarten, mehr Restaurants und vielem mehr.

Amazing Month

We had an amazing May! Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Margo was a great host and communicated well. The balcony view was extraordinary. There was updating being done to the building, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The Towers are beautiful and always a great place to stay.

The Beach Life

This property is exactly as it is portrayed in the listing. Which was wonderful because it was all about the view and access while on our vacation. It was a work vacation but while you worked you were able to have the view of a lifetime. The owner was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive at every turn. The condo has everything you need for your stay and it was very quiet while we were here. The beach life is what you get here!!

Great view and location

As soon as you walk in the view is just spectacular. Wonderful sunsets. Watched dolphins and variety of birds. Took walks on beach everyday. Kitchen very well stocked. Bed in MB was very comfortable. Some restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I had a great month together. THANK YOU Margo for opening your home to us. See you next year.

Perfect in every way

Just back from a month long stay. The property was exactly as described and had everything a family of four would need for a beach holiday. Simply bring your suitcases as everything is provided. Felt like a home away from home with plenty of games, beach toys, chairs, kite, towels, etc. Comfy and room enough to have family visit for the day. Kitchen had more than enough items to make eating at home a breeze. Lovely restaurants in walking distance. Wahoo’s by far the best if looking for seafood. Grocery store options in abundance nearby by car. Fantastic spot directly on beach with family activities in easy reach by car. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to manage another month long trip in the future.

You can't find a better condo than this one

We really enjoyed our stay at Margo's condo and it could not have been better. It lacked for nothing, everything matched and it is spotlessly clean. Spare items (sheets, beach towels etc.) are all labelled to reduce any confusion. Also important to us is that the surfaces (tables, coffee tables, kitchen surfaces etc.) are not cluttered with objet d'art. The printer / copier was especially useful to have as my husband works remotely and had reason to scan some documents saving several visits to Staples.

Beachfront Paradise!

I have been bringing my family down to the Gulf Coast for the last few years and have stayed in some great places but this is by far the best. The location is perfect, there are about 5 or 6 great restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a seafood market across the street that sells fresh grouper and snapper daily. One of my favorite things to do was wake up and drink my morning coffee on the balcony while working on the computer. The kids loved being able to walk from the beach to the pool during the days. The condo itself is decorated really nice and is very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has a perfect view of the sunrise. Margo was also easy to deal with, even when I had a slight dilemma with my travel dates. She was very understanding and patient while I worked to resolve them. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for higher end accommodations in the Redington Shores area!

Great atmosphere

This is one of the top condos we have stayed in. It is well furnished with all the items that make a vacation complete. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets daily. Remington Shores is probably the cleanest beach town on the west coast of Florida. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The grounds and facilities are great, and the pool area has plenty of seating and sunning. The owner is great to work with and kept us fully informed. This condo is top on my list of places to stay in this area of Florida.

Wonderful

We had a great time in the apartment. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen supplies, towels, games, beach supplies, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is great as well. We would love to come back in the future and recommend it for others. Communication with Margo was easy.

Perfect Beach Retreat with a million dollar view!!

We are a fabulous stay in this beautiful condo. We want to Thank Margo for providing us with everything we needed. We had everything to enjoy the beach and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. We spent endless hours enjoying the ocean views and sunsets from the lanai. It was a pleasure to watch the birds fly by and the dolphins play . The furniture is comfortable and well thought out. The beds and comfortable and plenty of space to put everything away before you enjoy your stay. The property has beautifully landscaped grounds with lots of loungers and umbrellas. This condo met every expectation and was exactly as the owner described it. The views from the balcony and the back were spectacular. Security at the Towers was second to none. The owner was very cooperative and prompt in answering any concerns we had. After spending a month there, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect piece of heaven on the beach

Loved the condo, pictures don't do it justice. Spent lots of time on the veranda watching sunsets, pelican fly-bys, egrets, herons. Fantastic kitchen and beautifully decorated. Beach was combed every morning - white, soft sand with plenty of space and great walking. Many restaurants nearby - Friendly Tavern for prime rib, Wahoo's for fried fish, Kenny's Korner for breakfast and then there is Sweet Sage for fantastic breakfasts/lunch. Super Views!

Nicely updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. 12th floor views are outstanding, both gulf side and intracoastal side. We watched the sunset every night. The unit has all the amenities you could ask for, but was not overcrowded with knick-knacks. The property was cleaner than most places we've stayed at, but could have been a little better. We enjoyed the pool area and beach. Played golf, rented a boat, did a segway tour, and there are plenty of places to eat as well. We would recommend the unit to anybody, hope to rent it again next October!

Better than description!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our time at this lovely condo. It is beautifully renovated and the views are terrific. We loved the pool and the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and entertainment. The owner is lovely to deal with and resolved the few problems we had that were beyond her control very quickly. We felt safe and welcomed there and hope we can return in 2014. In fact, we keep saying we wish we were there now! Thank you, Margo, for a great experience.

This special condo was exactly as promised

We loved our time at Reddington Towers which was well maintained,lovely and very safe. This special unit was all that was pictured and promised- very clean,comfortable and relaxing. I would be happy to recommend to anyone restaurants and places to go and my friends,family loved it too- just by the smile on my face!i hope to get there a second time this year

On site maintenance teams keep the property looking well groomed. Twenty four hour security on site gives you peace of mind. Condo rules limit contractors hours, ensuring tranquility during evenings and weekends. Solid construction limits sounds coming from other units.
