Being located on Sukhumvit Road, driving to and from Bangkok is very convenient and is only one hour and 30 minutes drive without having to drive through the city of Pattaya which is just a few minutes away.
There is a grocery store (Seven Eleven) and restaurants 3 - 4 minutes' walk from the villa. 15 minutes by bus or car into Pattaya. Water Park, Botanic Garden and large golf course (Phoenix) only a few minutes drive from the villa.

Water and electricity are added after reading consumption. This is paid directly to the Palm Grove Resort reception upon departure.
