One parking spot available in our heated garage. Oversized SUV/Trucks will NOT fit.

NO smoking/vaping and NO Pets allowed. HOA rules. Our manager is on site will know if there any rules broken.

The neighborhood is situated at the center of Breckenridge, adjacent to Carter Park. It is conveniently positioned just 4 blocks away from Main Street, allowing for easy access to the lively atmosphere of the town, while providing a peaceful environment for restful sleep. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity, as it's only a brief 10-minute walk to the base of Peak 9, or alternatively, a bus stop located 2 blocks from the condo offers free transportation to the gondola lot, which takes you to the base of Peak 8. This location offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, catering to both town exploration and skiing adventures.
In the winter, Carter Park offers the best sledding hill in the county.
In the summer, Carter Park offers as tennis and pickleball courts. And hiking and biking trailhead is located in Carter Park.
When school is not in session, Breckenridge Elementary offers a great park for the kiddos. Adjacent to our condo.
