Walkable to downtown Fondren with the best restaurants, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath has two king sized beds with memory foam mattresses, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and two outdoor sitting areas - one in the front and one in the back. You have the entire property with a dining room that seats six and a living room with a very comfortable sectional with a 55" smart TV and free wifi. The large laundry room is in the back of the house off of the kitchen. Free fenced off-street parking with room for up to 4 cars total. Great for long stays!

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

You can receive mail but we are not responsible for lost mail/packages.

The alarm system at the front door is not active with ADT. Please do not arm.

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
