Villa Mauro, lake view with swimming pool

Villa Mauro is located in Verbania Suna, in a nice quiet residential area with no traffic.
It is located on a hill, in the Monte Rosso area. It enjoys a splendid view of Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Gulf and its islands.
It is surrounded by a large garden and therefore guarantees excellent privacy, being far from the surrounding houses.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa, at the highest point.
The Villa built in 2000 is almost entirely covered in stone, surrounded by a large garden.
In the garden there is a 10x3m swimming pool with sunbeds and deckchairs for shared use with the host.
It is possible to agree with the guests the exclusive use of the swimming pool during the stay.
The town of Suna can be reached in a few minutes by car
restaurants, bars, pizzerias, beaches, supermarkets and pharmacy
Bus stop for the railway station and neighboring towns.
It is also possible to walk to the center in 15 - 20 minutes on a pleasant panoramic walk that alternates paved road and rural path.The lakefront area is pleasant and undemanding, full of bars and restaurants that can mark the time. Pharmacies, shops and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The large parking lot also allows you to park bicycles.
Public transport is unfortunately poorly organised.
