Ideal location on a peaceful, yet large lake. It was exactly what we were hoping for- comfortable space inside and out and relaxation lakeside. House was well equipped and the kids loved fishing and jumping off the nice long dock.

Very nice house with beautiful yard/ setting. Check in was the easiest process we've ever experienced. Very friendly host. We really enjoyed the mini golf near by. Only suggestions we have are more seating in living room area, marshmallow skewers for fire/smores (if they're there, we couldn't find them) and clean off the outside furniture- especially the ones on the platform under trees, they were covered with spider webs, needles, etc. Despite these little things, we recommend this home/host and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great time on this very nice property. We spent the first three days in the water as the bottom of the lake by the dock is nice and sandy. The fishing was phenomenal, especially at sunset. We caught a lot of striped bass, some sheephead, and a largemouth bass. You can see the fish jumping out of the water catching surface bugs, which is fun to watch. We had our boat docked during the day and trailered it at night. Somewhat of a hassle but understand why as this lake is large. We watched the sunsets every night either from the dock or the "viewing" Platform. The view is spectacular. The lake house is very clean and functional for our needs andthe yard area was perfect for children and young adults that were with us. Will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful lake house.

The house and accommodations were great. The Boat landing across the lake from their house was also great. 4 spots very easy to load and unload your boat. The Dock is set up perfect for swimming, and we caught a couple striped bass and 1 large over 10 lb. catfish off of the dock. The firepit was well stocked with nice chairs. The yard was big enough with a slight slope down to the water so I could set up a slipnslide for the grandkids. They had a blast. The only bad thing was the water, which they have no control over. The blue green Algie was so bad when we arrived on Thursday, the kids couldn't go swimming. It got better Friday enough at I was able to take them tubing behind the boat. Saturday was better and allowed the kids to swim for about an hour. It was really hot 90's that's when the Algie gets bad. Other than the water it's a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! The home was super clean and the setting was so quiet! The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has its own full bathroom. The upper level has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The lower level has been recently finished. It has a well-stocked laundry room with a large-capacity washing machine and dryer, a large bedroom and a beautiful 3/4 bathroom. Everything was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, thick white towels, blow dryers, and some little things like q-tips, make up wipes, etc.. The kitchen was well stocked. It had a Kurig and regular coffee pot with complementary coffee. We brought our own kayaks and a paddle board and a bunch of floating things to enjoy in the water. There is no ‘beach’ area so you have to jump off the dock. The water was about waist/chest high. Depending on how the wind was blowing there was some algae in the water but it didn’t bother us! With the hot summer it’s to be expected. The home had nice swim towels. There were no mosquitoes! (yay!) There is lots of carp jumping in the water. The fire pit had lots of wood. There were plenty of lawn chairs so no need to bring your own. Would we go back? Absolutely!!

Great place to stay

The house is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The lake views are beautiful and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy it. The kitchen is well stocked, the house manager communicates quickly, and check in/check out is very easy.

Our stay at the Lakehouse was wonderful! Everything was as described and more. Very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the numerous outdoor gathering areas, I think we used every one of them at some point. The weather didn't really cooperate the first couple days, but we enjoyed our time inside all the same, playing games and relaxing. We've already talked about returning sometime. Thank you for having us.

The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for! Beautiful location on the lake and close in proximity to restaurants and bars. Tika was very responsive and helpful with recommendations in the area!

Golf Getaway

Had a wonderful experience. Great communication throughout the process, and the accommodations were top-notch. Plenty of space and great views of the lake (it faces West, so the sunset was pretty spectacular). We were playing golf at Sand Valley, so we chose this location since it is so close. Will definitely be staying here again next year!

Amazing Experience

The moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt the "vacation at the lake" had started. The beautiful home and accommodations were exactly what we were looking for! We had great communication with the property managers from the time we booked. They had recommendations for attractions around the area, restaurants, etc. This is what we were waiting to experience with a VRBO property. It will definitely be an annual stay for our family!

Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The whole house was very clean! All the beds were comfortable and clean. The bedrooms were all a nice size. Plenty of pillows and blankets. More seating in the family room (fireplace) would be nice. We seemed to be in that room and the kitchen the most. It was nice having two decks so people could spread out. The firepit was nice too!!The chip basket and wine were a nice welcoming touch!!Free coffee was another bonus!!We have rented different houses for 6 years. This was the nicest!! Not having the boat at the house was the only drawback. I understand why. I was glad we found the marina across the bay for only 20 per night.Thank you for renting to us!! We made many happy memories!!

We had a party of eight we had an amazing time! We rented a boat down the way on one day. We swam Polly pocket off the dock and we cooked in every night. Five stars…thanks for the good family time!
