Terms and Conditions:
As per the local regulation, the parties shall sign a contract for the registration purposes before the ministry of interior, in which including the following terms:
First: The host may terminate the rent in the following cases:
1- When the guest is deemed likely to break the law, disrupt public order, or act contrary to public morals, or has engaged in such acts, during their stay.
2- when the guest leasing the apartment, or hosting others (exceeding the registered guests) whether for profit or non-profit.
3- When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following:
1) When the guest is involved in corporations or other organizations whose operations are controlled by an organized crime group, or any other antisocial force. 3) When the guest’s behavior poses a significant nuisance to other neighbours, 4) When the guest clearly has a contagious disease.
5) When the guest uses violence, threats, blackmail, or intimidation to make unjust or unreasonable demands against the host or the neighbors, or is deemed to have engaged in any similar acts in the past. 6) When the guest cannot be accommodated due to force majeure. 7) When the guest is intoxicated, exhibits or has exhibited extremely abnormal behavior that may pose a nuisance to others. 8) When the guest smokes, or otherwise violates the Host rules and regulations. 9) When the guest conceals the fact that they have reserved an apartment for the family using purpose not for making a profit, either for themselves or for a third party, by selling goods, etc. 10) if the guest violates the Rules and Regulations stipulated, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or with rules on cancellation and payment when making a reservation.
Second: Guest Registration:
Guests must register the following information to proceed the check-in phase:
1- Guest name, age, gender, address, contact telephone number, and occupation
3- Present a scan or copy of their passport and register their nationality, passport number, port of entry, and immigration date in addition to the information listed above.
3rd. Compensation:
1) The Guest shall compensate the Host for any damages caused by him whether on the apartment or its furnishing, equipment, or on other.
2) The guest is obligated to evacuate the apartment on the agreed time, otherwise he will be obligated to pay double of the agreed rent for every day after the due date until the key is submitted.
3) If the guest is willing/compelled to leave the apartment before the end of the duration agreed upon, the guest will not be entitled to refund or reclaim any payment.
4th. All payment will be in USD to be accepted; other currencies can be rejected for convince.
5th: - This contract is under the jurisdiction of the Court of Urgent Matter of New Cairo.
- this contract shall be automatically terminated without any legal actions in case, the guest breaches the terms mentioned above.
