Welcome to the breathtaking Homosassa and Crystal River area! We invite you to indulge in a delightful stay at our peaceful Coastal Beacon Property, which we have lovingly prepared for our guests' enjoyment. This open 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 Smart TVs, and an enclosed screened in outdoor patio. You'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated in the serene and calming atmosphere of our home.
In addition to the comfortable amenities inside, we offer use of 3 kayak's. We recommend when booking a rental vehicle that it accommodates hauling of kayaks, a gas grill for your BBQ needs, free parking, and free Wi-Fi access. Two adult bikes, a children's bike and scooter with youth helmet. You'll also have access to a large yard and a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Our home includes one comfortable king-size bed, a queen, twin over full bunkbeds, and a queen air mattress usable in the common area, making it ideal for up to 8 guests. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove and oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, ice maker, toaster, microwave, standing mixer, serving bowls, dish ware and flatware. There are beach toys; wagon, water proof bag, towels, chairs, canopy, cooler, and two fishing poles with gear free to use in the garage.
Entertainment options abound with 2 Smart TVs, perfect for streaming Netflix, Hulu, and more. Potable Pickle ball set with paddles. We also provide board games, some crafts, and a Pack 'n Play with sheets for families with young children. You can relax on the patio in the lounge furniture and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Located just five miles away from Three Sisters Springs, our home offers easy access to various water activities, such as fishing and manatee tours. Pete's Pier Marina, Kings Bay Park, Captain Mike's Swimming with Manatees, and Twin Rivers Marina are all within a few miles. If you prefer land-based activities, check out the intercoastal bike trails, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs Park, Fort Island Trail Park, and Crystal River Archaeological State Park.
Take a break from cooking and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in the area, such as Vintage On 5th, Heritage Village, Cracker's, Monkey Bar, Town Square, Old Mill Tavern, and Crump's Landing. The Tampa International Airport is 68 miles away.

★ Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, with an additional free street parking option if required.
★ Kayak's and bikes are provided for leisure. Please note that while kayak's and bikes are provided for guests' leisure, the owners cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from use. Guests assume all risks associated with kayak's/bikes and should exercise caution at all times. By using the kayak's/bikes, guests acknowledge and accept this disclaimer of liability.
★ The interior of the house is all on one level, with only 1 small step at the entrance. Movable thresholds are available upon request to accommodate wheelchairs. The home is wheelchair accessible and shower chair is provided in garage.
★ If the house is available, we may be able to arrange an early check-in for a fee of $35.00, with the earliest check-in time being 12 PM. Contact Owner for information.

☆ Fort Island Gulf Beach: This beach is located about 13 miles away from the property and is a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.

☆ Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge: This wildlife refuge is located just a few miles away from the property and offers visitors a chance to see manatees, dolphins, and a variety of bird species.

☆ Golfing: If you're a golf enthusiast, there are several courses located near the property, including the Crystal River Golf Club and the Plantatio on Crystal River Golf Course.

Please note the following guidelines for your stay.

★ The minimum age requirement is 18 years old, children are always welcomed as accompanied guests.

★ Parties, illegal substances, and undeclared guests are not allowed. If there are any undeclared guests, a fee of $20 per person per night will be charged.

★ Pets are not permitted on the property due to potential allergies of future guests.

★ Smoking is prohibited inside the house and screened patio. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the assigned area. This is out side and to the left by fire pit. Extungish and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw your butts in indoor trash cans.

★ Your safety is important to us. There are 3 exterior security cameras installed, one by the front door facing the driveway, one on the side of the house facing the garage access door, and the other in the back yard by enclosed porch door. There is also a ring doorbell. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces and only record video and sound when motion is detected. They operate 24/7.

★ The cleaners are compensated fairly for their work, and they have a big job to sanitize and prepare the unit for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. The checkout time is 12pm.
